Ahhh I see! Ok perfect thankyou that makes sense. Honestly I don't know if it's psychosomatic but I had the moringa and baobaob powder for the first tim today and I swear I feel more chilled out than usual, loads of energy, needed barely any food (all I'd had is the smoothie and a handful of nuts) and walked out of the gym at 5pm having deadlifted the heaviest I've ever done crazy.... I did feel a bit naseaus straight after having the smoothie in the morning but that passed quickly. Genuinely excited to watch this journey unfold
